We're excited to share upcoming improvements to the delivery of your data feeds, designed to optimize delivery and provide greater flexibility.

As of March 6th 2025, we will be introducing the following updates:

File Size Optimization

You can now define your preferred file size to maintain consistency across all files delivered and reduce the number of files in each delivery. This update allows us to deliver data in an optimal way for your needs, defaulting to a minimum file size of 128MB unless you request otherwise.

To specify your preferred size, please contact your customer service representative.

Note: This update is available for customers using the latest feed delivery version (V4 ). If you are using an older version, please reach out to your customer service representative.

Daily Delivery Timing

In an effort to deliver the latest data at the earliest possibility, we are adjusting our targeted daily delivery window to begin at an earlier time. As a result, you will now typically receive your daily feed anytime between 12 AM to 8:00 AM ET, while adjusting for daylight savings to ensure consistency year-round.

Dynamic Delivery Mode

To further enable the delivery of the freshest data, you may now select your preferred delivery mode to receive available data at different delivery time frames. We now offer the following delivery modes:

• Fixed Only (Default) - Receive your daily feed within a targeted daily delivery window from 12 AM to 8:00 AM ET. Any new data that becomes available throughout the day will be sent the following day.
• Fresh Only - Receive the latest data Placer has to offer once it's available.
• Mixed Mode - Receive your data during the targeted daily window of 12 AM – 8:00 AM ET; if additional data becomes available, it will be delivered as soon as it's ready.

By default, you will continue to receive your feed during the targeted daily delivery window. If you would like to select a different delivery mode, please contact your customer success representative.
